Reactor for Molecular Layer Deposition (MLD)

IMG_1720.jpg

Cylindrical reactor can be used for the deposition of hybrid inorganic-organic materials by molecular layer deposition (MLD).

The system is connected to a rotary vane pump for mild vacuum and heated to circa 80°C to avoid condensation of the gases on the walls. The precursor gases entrance is triggered by a microcontroller and special ALD valves.
